Política de reembolso

Returns are not allowed unless the product is defective.

If you receive a damaged item, simply document it and send us an email (sales@carmensuya.com), we will refund or replace your order depending on your desire and our available inventory. You may return your order for replacement or refund within 30 days of receiving your item(s), which will process once we receive your item unworn and undamaged. We do not cover shipping for returns, unless you receive the wrong order or the product is received damaged. If you receive an order in error, we will send out the correct items and reimburse you for shipping once we have received your return.
