Shipping Expenses

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over €50 and free international shipping on all orders over €100.

For orders within Spain, there is an option for ordinary shipping, which offers a lower cost but does not include guarantees. Certified shipping is available for all orders and includes a tracking number.

 

Shipping Process 

 Certified shipping typically takes 48 to 72 hours within Spain from the time the order is prepared, and 5 to 15 days for international orders, depending on the destination country, but delays can happen during a high-volume season.

All shipments are processed through Correos.

Please be aware that orders shipped to the Canary Islands, as well as certain international destinations, may be subject to customs clearance and additional charges, such as duties or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

All shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process. Shipping time is calculated from the time the order is shipped, not placed. If there is a hold up for any other reason, we will contact you via email and let you know. Please be sure to check your spam folder! ​​

 

Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information once the package has been fulfilled. Once shipped, please allow at least 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

 

Cancellations 

If you would like to cancel your order please email sales@carmensuya.com as soon as possible with your order number. Your order can only be cancelled if it has not been shipped. If you have any questions please contact sales@carmensuya.com

 

Payments

We currently accept most major credit cards, Paypal and ApplePay.

 

International Customs Fees

Certain countries charge a customs fee depending on the worth of the goods in the package. Please note that we do not cover the customs fee. If you refuse to pay customs, we can only issue a refund for your order once Correos has returned the package back to us. Sometimes it takes 1-2 months to retrieve the package back from Correos. 

 

Missing Packages 

For international shipments, contact your local post office first and ask if they are holding the package for you due to customs.​ Otherwise, contact sales@carmensuya.com as soon as possible with your order number. Please note that we are not responsible for missing or stolen packages.
